Delivery & Shipping

For all orders within the Melbourne Metropolitan area, shipping/delivery will be provided by THREAD Group, free of charge, TO ONE DELIVERY SITE ONLY.

For multiple deliveries of a single order, THREAD Group will charge for these deliveries and provide a quote to the Purchaser prior to shipping. 

For all orders outside of Melbourne metropolitan areas, THREAD Group will charge for these deliveries and provide a quote to the Purchaser prior to shipping. 

The Purchaser may choose to provide their own shipping service and THREAD Group will help to facilitate this dispatch when the Purchaser’s shipper arrives at the THREAD Group pick up point.


Returns Policy

Thread Group Australia will happily accept any return / exchange items that fall within the rules.

If the return is due to ordering the wrong size or change of mind, the cost of the return will fall within your responsibility. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns that do not fall within rule # 3.


Return and Exchange Rules

1. Timeframe - Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility - To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

3. Reporting and Resolution - Customers must report any defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receiving the order. We will replace defective or incorrect items at no additional cost, including covering return shipping expenses.

4. Return process - Return your completed return/exchange form to returns@threadgroup.com.au to initiate the returns/exchange process. Include the completed form with the items being returned. If items are returned without paperwork, we will not be able to process credit notes.
